Dishtv has confirmed their association with ‘Xbox 360 Arcade’, the next generation video gaming and entertainment system on their platform. Through this advertising campaign Microsoft Xbox 360 Arcade will reach a niche audience of over 25 million viewers in 6600 towns across India.

The advertising campaign of Microsoft XBOX 360 Arcade on Dishtv will kick off on 11th May and it includes branding of Microsoft’s new offering – Xbox Arcade’s theme and logo on Dishtv’s gaming service and on the home page of Playjam and Quizzy. The Gaming services are offered free of charge by Dishtv to all its subscribers.
The Microsoft XBOX 360 Arcade advertising campaign on Dishtv will also have ad spots running on Dishtvs default landing interactive channel, 999. As per TAM Media research, the agency that measures television viewership, the channel share of Dishtv’s Interactive channel 999 in certain weeks is higher than that of CNN-IBN, CNN, UTVi, NewsX, and a few niche channels.
Dishtv’s gaming service comprises of 3 different offering targeted at all age groups. Playjam is a dedicated gaming channel for people of all age group. At any given point of time it has 8 games and the games are updated on monthly basis. Quizzy allows viewers to enhance their general knowledge and kill boredom at any given time. Minikids TV is a fun games channel for pre -schoolers whe re the games are interestingly navigated by special animated characters that help kids not only enjoy themselves but learn to master various skills at the same time.
