How do you enter console cheats on the Xbox 360 for Half-Life 2?

I have been searching for hours now for this to be answers. I want to have a weapon spawn in front of me at the begining of the game so I can kill some gaurds, but I cant do that because I dont know how to enter console cheats

so how do you open the menu for the console cheats, for Half-Life 2?

There are no console cheats for Half Life 2 on the 360 only PC.
