Does anyone know how to apply xbox cheats for Godzilla Save the Earth to the Xbox 360?

I found plenty of cheats for xbox Godzilla save the earth, but I don’t see how they could be used for the 360. The controller is different with combination letters instead of single letters.

As far as I know (looking at IGN and a couple of other sites) GSTE isn’t an XBOX 360 game. It might work on the 360 but it was made as an old XBOX game. MicroSoft has been adapting a lot of their old games to be playable on the 360 but most of them don’t get full updates. You’ll have to experiment with the controller to figure out how the old controller buttons convert into the newer ones.
By the way, if you love Godzilla, Destroy All Monsters is a much better game. I don’t know if it works on the 360 or not, though.

I have mercenaries 1 on xbox. I cant put cheats on it. Is it just because im playing on a XBOX 360?

yeah you can, you just have to work around the 360 controllers buttons. The games still use the same controls as the original controller but there just mapped out differently on the 360 controller. You just need to find what buttons on the 360 controller do the same functions as the original controller. here is an example, your white button from the original controller would be Left Bumper and the black button would be Right Bumper. I hope this makes some sense. I played Mercs and Crimson Skies on my 360 and the cheats worked fine, you just need to work around the 360 controllers layout since some of the buttons aren’t the same as the original controller. But most of Mercs 1 cheats are up, down, right left, you need to be in the faction part of the PDA to input them, when you do you hear a click. Now the 360’s D-Pad isn’t the greatest, so it is possible that when you push left or right the dpad might go up or down a bit depending on where you push them making the game think you inserted the wrong combination, this has happened to me a few times since the D-Pad tends to work like a 3rd analog stick since you can move the whole thing around.

the add stars cheat. add as many as you can.. and the car cheat of your choice. some heavy metal driving music. and your good to go

im still after dimitri tells me to kill the old guy. when will it start to get good?

probably download the liberty city stories .. where you can drive tanks and planes and parachute down much like in san andreas .. if not … probably abuse the swing set glitch .. ( when u drive a car in a certain swing and fly off to god knows where

not much in gta4 makes me want to go for a 2nd run though

or play with a hooker in your car is nice …

because i see there cheats for the PC version of the game i would like to know if there is any for the XBOX. e-mail me if there is any of them please.

I haven’t seen any so I’d say no. The game is harder without cheats but it’s possible to finish without.

I give him food, stimpacks, sleep,weapons,gear, you name it but he constantly dies! Are there any cheats to keep him alive? I know there are some for PC but I cant find any for XBOX 360 thanx XD

i usually have this problem with dogmeat the dog,so i just make sure i save a lot that way if he dies i only need to go back and redo about 15 minutes worth of game play.i usually go with fawkes and dogmeat as my companions because i like the dog and fawkes is a killing machine with the gatling laser,plus he can carry about 220 pounds of stuff for you.so just save often or change companions.hope this helps.good luck in the wastelands.

Unlock characters and venues easily
Every ten versus battles unlocks either a venue or a character. The easiest way to do this is on the Bridge level, with a second controller. Throw your opponent off the edge of the bridge to get an easy victory. Additionally, use Spider Man’s web throwing move against an idle player two. Keep selecting "Rematch" to speed up the process.

Easy finishing moves
This works best when you are in Rage mode. When in Rage mode, damage your opponent down to danger. Then, try to get next to your opponent and do a Super Block (R + Y) to knock them off guard. Then, quickly press R + B to do the finishing move.

Handsprings
While playing as Spider-Man, Daredevil, Elektra, or anyone else that does handsprings for a dodging move, hold Y and press Left Analog-stick Away or Left Analog-stick Forward. Keep tapping in that direction and your character will keep doing handsprings.

Can you enter cheats for an original xbox game while playing it on the xbox 360?

I just ordered GTA Vice City for Xbox and the backwards compatibility disc so I can play it on my XBOX 360. It used to be my favorite game, I haven’t played it in like 5 years! I’m excited.

But, anyways, can you enter cheats like normal? Like, does the black and white button translate into the left and right bumper?

sometimes it will work, but most games have diffrent hardware and it wont work. ive had it work at times, but some dont work and its better to look up the regular xbo 360 cheats.

I know that XBOX cheats disable the achievements on certain games, but how can you tell which ones do and do not, does it tell you in the games manual ?

The manuals don’t tell you, go to Gamewinners.com and look up the cheat. Usually, there will be a warning telling you cheats will be disabled if you do them.
