You are the lone starfighter fighting against impossible odds in this coin-op classic. Xevious debuted in the arcades in 1982 but has since appeared on the Atari 7800, NES and Playstation just to name a few. Similar to Raiden 3 or Radiant Silvergun, this vertical shooter throws wave after wave of enemy bad guys at you and you knock ‘em down in flames.

This is THE BEST GAME EVER! What I wouldn’t give for a chance to play it again! But I’m going for the stand-up arcade game and it will be my husband who is asking about the furniture. You didn’t mention the hidden stuff that you only discover when your bomb-site passes over it. Thanks for the review. Brought back many memories of my favorite game.

I hate how arcades have lost popularity. In my small town, the only arcade I can go to is drive 40 miles to the next urban area and play at the mall. and what little chance I do get to play in the arcade, I do, and I love it. I hope to someday have a mame cabinet so I won’t have to waist quarters anymore.
