It’s true about Ms Pacman and KC Munchkin. They did have a relationship that Pacman was extremely jealous of. What you failed to mention is that Ms Pacman and KC Munchkin produced a secret child with Down Syndrome that the press kept under wraps. The offspring went on to star in his own games and his name was Q-Bert. This threw Pacman into a homicidal rage and he went drinking with his buddies in Beer Tapper. Afterwards, he tried to hunt down KC Munchin and inadvertantly killed Mr Do by mistake.
