i dissagree that it is “flawless” in its running speed or watever. the more i play it, ive realised that sumtimes the opponents cars skip around and it gets annoying wen it makes them faster. i am in no way saying it is a bad problem. its just a small glitch. I bet in real life I can slam on the brakes and take such bend, but I also bet that someone else, “with a bit of care”, would brake properly and take a racing line in this same game and beat my time by hours…

Well from my experience I find it pretty good with the wheel and pedals, I really wonder why people call it arcade.
I was just racing today and I took a bend too wide, and my rear left tyre was left on the grass… the moment I slammed on the gas, I spun. Thats pretty realistic feeling to me…

Mate the reason why you cant finish a race with all your paint in it’s place is because you don’t seem to know the location of your brake button… you just plow against everything in front of you when the rest of the pack is clearly braking for a corner O.O
Also, the damage doesnt affect your car that much in the easier levels but in the harder difficulties, a roll like in the first part of the vid will put you out of the race

And just to clarify, I don’t think it’s a bad game. I just don’t like the arcade racing unless it’s equally arcade like(AKA Mario Kart or F-Zero or maybe Fatal Inertia*yet to play*)

I wish I could like this game but I just don’t. the crashes and graphics are PHENOMENAL, and the pit view is great, it’s just that the cars don’t feel right. I mean, if it was fully arcade then yeah, but the realistic crash physics just don’t feel right when mixed with such arcade feeling cars. I mean, you can fly into a turn nearly full speed and slam the brake and manage to make a really tight turn with the ists off. Maybe Forza 3 will have the best of both worlds…
